The Highest Reward That God Gives Us For Good Work

â€Å"The highest reward that GOD gives us for good work, is the ability to do the work.† Elbert Hubbard (brainy quote insert). It has always been important for me to connect to spiritualty with my success. I feel as if you put your physical and mental power in your work or success, but the spiritual power from the universe is important to me. To explain the quote above, it simply describes the amount of effort you put into your passion may be good enough to get a person through the moment, but the universe always allows growth for the individual to do better. I am a good/average B/C worker, I found myself fitting into 5 out of the 10 categories of the common list of the common reasons students don’t graduate, and discovering these truths about myself I found out about the awareness of emotional intelligence and how it plays a major role in who I am. To commence with, a good worker or a B student and an average or a C student are the categories I settled into when I rev iewed page 66 of the text. I am personally not satisfied with the results revealed and as a growing individual I shouldn’t just settle for mediocre work. Finding that balance between good and great work is important, but I don’t want to balance average and great work. With the results given I found myself reflecting on certain moments in which I give average work and those moments are when I’m exhausted or when I try to complete a task and get distracted.
